The Sales & Marketing Expert will be responsible for marketing and sales for AIENAI and AIENAI Academy. The candidate will be the driving force behind cultivating and maintaining client relationships, enhancing user engagement for our mobile apps, and promoting the growth of our UX coaching and mentorship academy.


This role is integral to our company's success, requiring an individual with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication and extensive experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.

This position operates on a commission-based structure, supplemented by a monthly base salary.


This role is remote first but you may be required to come into office on occasion as necessary for events or workshops (will not be frequent).



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


AIENAI (Parent company)

  1. Client Relations and Sales:

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients for our advisory and contract services.

    • Utilise CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage and analyse customer interactions, sales, and trends.

    • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.


  2. Mobile App User Engagement and Marketing:

    • Lead marketing efforts to promote our mobile apps and increase user adoption.

    • Utilise CRM data to create targeted marketing campaigns and optimise user engagement.

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.


AIENAI Academy

UX Coaching and Mentorship Academy Promotion:

  • Create marketing plans to attract students and mentors to our academy.

  • Leverage CRM insights to understand the needs of academy participants and tailor promotional efforts accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the education team to align marketing strategies with the academy's objectives.

  • Leverage success stories of students / graduates / clients and translate into marketing campaigns.

  • Lead and execute marketing initiatives aimed at attracting clients for AIENAI Academy.

  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online research.


External Stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a unified customer experience.

  • Provide valuable insights from CRM data to inform cross-functional strategies.

  • Collaborate with the team to generate  marketing ideas for AIENAI and AIENAI Academy



JOB REQUIREMENTS


Knowledge/Skill Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a UX or technology-related industry.

  • Extensive experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

  • Familiarity with mobile app support and user engagement strategies.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant field

  • Proven experience in marketing & sales, preferably in a UX or technology-related industry.
